I was very happy with my appointment on Friday 7th July '17. I was respected and involved in my care, as I have been in the two previous visits with this GP. Very sadly this has not always been the case with other Doctors in the practice and had I seen these forms at the time I would have completed one or more. My first appointments with this practice caused me great distress, upset and greatly increased anxiety. I was treated without respect and plans about my care were made without my input or verbal consent. Information given was not always consistent. I have always got on well with my previous GP surgery and respect what they do. I find it hard to complain but when I did speak to other health professionals within the practice little help was forthcoming. If you ask me what can be improved I would say that every health professional is part of a team and has a responsibility to the quality of the team as well as to the patient who is imparting information i.e. like asking the patient if they want to take the problem further and finding the best way to do this.

Great community care. Receptionists, nurses and doctors all treat us like friends - making us feel at ease + giving info we need. Great confidence in this practice.

Dr Cross was amazing and helped sort an issue that I have had for years. So relieved. Doctors here that I see Dr Cross, Hopton + Turner always so thorough, good at explaining + discussing. Great service
